Project MOMENT

Study Description

Project MOMENT recruited 107 individuals with binge-spectrum eating disorders to complete 6 ecological momentary assessment surveys per day over 7-14 days prior to starting treatment. Participants were given the option to participate in the Project MOMENT study while they waited to start treatment in a clinical trial at the WELL Center between 2020-2023. Project MOMENT EMA surveys assessed disordered eating behaviors and cognitions, exercise and associated characteristics, positive and negative affective states, and sleep characteristics.
